We use several types of treatment, including:

  • Group therapy: Gain connection and support from your peers as you all share your thoughts and feelings with one another. Remember, you are not alone.
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): Also known as talk therapy or psychotherapy, this treatment helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
  • Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT): A type of talk therapy, DBT teaches you how to regulate your emotions so you can manage difficult situations better and live a better life.
