Treatments We Provide
We use different types of treatment to aid in your recovery. You learn how to handle your emotions and deal with life’s stressors. Treatment may include:
- Group therapy: Discussing your thoughts and emotions with your peers allows you to be seen and helps you learn from their experiences. You realize you’re not alone in your journey.
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): You learn how to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors so you can handle difficult situations better.
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT): This type of therapy teaches you how to accept your circumstances and regulate your emotions.
